Synopsis

Father, why am I different (Ayah, Mengapa Aku Berbeda)? Is a journey of life Angel, young girl was deaf that crippled since born. His mother died when he was born and then his father become single parents who took care of him with a sincere heart. Although the Angel could not hear anything

in this world, his father attempting to make it independent and live in a state like other normal children.

Angel considered handicapped must strive hard to be accepted in public schools. In addition, he must face the fact that not all people want to receive his presence. Though must suffer to pursue their education by scorn and railing for the surrounding Angel is not easy to give up. As despondent, he found something in his life. Angel had the talent to play piano even though it is impossible for him to hear what he is playing itself.

Suffer and feel much scorn, Angel almost hopeless until finally he was elected as a team of musical group for the concert anniversary celebration of the school. He is eager to survive despite must suffer because of your friends who hate, he also proclaimed the happy news and to his father that finally happy know Angel has become the daughter that he take pride in with physical limitations.

Hope the father to see the Angel play above the concert stage is hindered by a heart attack that made his father should be treated in the hospital. Angel doubts and besides that he does not hold by the attitude of his friends who always try to throw, he finally decided to withdraw from the music group and the news that makes Agnes happy because of their group finally perfect without defect girl.

               The decision of the Angel out into the dilemma because his father wanted to see the Angel in 

the concert later, so did Angel must return to the music group so that the Father is not worse than the 

pain. The decision of the Angel back to the group make Agnes angry and treated them shamefully until

 his hands were so badly injured. However should suffer, Angel did not despair and finally he managed

 to appear on the musical stage despite having bullied friends.

With clothe like clowns. Angel appears above the stage and offer piano music for healing the father. He realized this world may never fair for him which is flawed but this world has taught him to be the daughter of the mighty. The world where the Lord showed him to continue to survive and prove that the physical limitation is not the obstacle to a girl crippled as he made it impossible to happen.

Now, the Angel believed that God created him in this world with a purpose, the purpose of which he must strive for with physical limitations. How Angel prove to dinia about the struggle of his life.

Advantages

In the organization of the novel is the relationship between one part with the other part of the harmony and can lead to a sense of curious readers. Because in the narrative contents not novel circular.We can know the meaning of the struggle for life in all the disadvantages that owned by the Angel does not make the Angel of despair in achieving their desire and ambition. Even the lack of it makes a push for him to work harder. Angel lead us with a kind of elegance and power pull so that we can see into ourselves with the hope that we reject all the desperation and helplessness of our own. Overall we assess the novel is good and build. Forwarding flows, touch, enlightening, targeting awareness center, and far from the nature of patronizing.

Shortage

Although this novel have the moral values that are very educate, even almost does not have flaws. But according to us there are some disadvantages that there are on the novel, in the novel tells of a man named Agnes who have the attitude of not praise when he was still at elementary school. That should be the attitude that there is not on the primary school students. There are abusive words in the book

The conclusions

               Can be deduced from the novel Father, why am I different (Ayah, mengapa aku berbeda)?

 How the Angel, a deaf girl who strive to lead a life without a mother figure. And the meaning of the 

presence of a Father who always motivates his daughter and did not let one step. With patient teaching

 and guiding angel as single parents. But behind the faults Angel raced down the talent of his mother 

play the piano so beautifully. Agnes is a threat to the always disturbing Angel. This novel readers are

 taught to see the positive side of any deficiencies, and invites the reader to realize that everything that

 happens in this life is the plan of God.
